Thibault Draye
An aerospace engineer who became a specialist in continuous improvement and project management. He founded DT Services & Consulting in Liège in 2019.
Background
An aerospace engineer by training, Thibault Draye quickly specialised in continuous improvement and project management. He began his career at Sonaca, where he ran several Kaizen projects to optimise industrial processes.
His expertise then broadened to the rail sector, in particular through the creation of a centre of excellence in continuous improvement, with specific attention paid to the ETCS2 system (European Train Control System). That project led to the internal certification of Green Belts and Black Belts within the rail organisations involved.
In 2019, he founded DT Services & Consulting in Liège. Under his leadership, the company positioned itself in artificial intelligence, agile project management and continuous improvement, and grew from two to twelve employees in less than five years.
Alongside his work at DTSC, Thibault Draye is a trainer at The Lean Six Sigma Company, where he trains professionals from a wide range of sectors by combining theory with case studies.
