LinkedIn feed (Elfsight): blocked by default, loaded only after your explicit consent (Show the LinkedIn feed button); its activation may transmit technical data (including your IP) to Elfsight Ltd and LinkedIn — basis: consent (art. 6.1.a), withdrawable at any time below. Your choice is stored in your browser (local storage).
Booking calendar (Microsoft Bookings): blocked by default, loaded only after your explicit consent (Show available slots button); displaying it may transmit technical data (including your IP address) to Microsoft — basis: consent (art. 6.1.a), withdrawable at any time below. Your choice is stored in your browser (local storage). The information you then enter in the calendar (name, email address and, depending on the fields offered, postal address, phone number and special requests) is processed by Microsoft, as a processor, and by DT Services & Consulting in order to arrange and confirm the appointment — basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (art. 6.1.b). This processing is distinct from the mere consent to display the calendar: withdrawing that consent does not cancel an appointment already booked.

Where the booking calendar is displayed or an appointment is booked: Microsoft (Microsoft Bookings service, included in the Microsoft 365 subscription of DT Services & Consulting).

Transfers outside the EEA

Where the use of the LinkedIn widget provided by Elfsight results in a transfer of personal data to a country outside the European Economic Area that does not benefit from an adequacy decision, that transfer is governed, depending on the provider concerned and the applicable contractual safeguards, by the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission and, where applicable, by supplementary protective measures. The same framework applies where the use of Microsoft Bookings results in such a transfer. Apart from these cases, no transfer outside the EEA is planned.

Cookies and trackers

The site uses no cookie or tracker by default. Three third-party services, and only those, may set them, each after your explicit consent: Google Analytics 4 audience measurement (cookies _ga and _ga_BZ8N83LVRG, kept for up to two years, used to count visits and pages viewed); the LinkedIn widget (Elfsight) present on the home page and the blog; the Microsoft Bookings calendar on the booking page. Without consent, none of these scripts is loaded and no cookie is written. Audience measurement involves a transfer of data to Google Ireland Limited, which may reach the United States under the Data Privacy Framework; its legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time below.
