A two-and-a-half-hour workshop on innovation and the concrete use of artificial intelligence in an SME. The aim: move from general talk about AI to specific uses, identified and discussed with the teams.
The information needed to follow the business was spread across several applications. We built a tool that brings it together in one place: fewer repeated entries, a single reading of the situation, decisions taken on up-to-date data.
