Background
Quentin Delière joined DT Services & Consulting in March 2024. He works as a project manager and Product Owner across a range of sectors: space research, construction, banking, transport and brokerage.
A physicist who graduated from UNamur, he was a researcher and project manager on several European Space Agency programs. That technical grounding allows him to talk to engineering teams without losing sight of how the project is being run.
He specialises in digital transformation, in particular in automation and high-precision solutions. He combines classic project management techniques with Lean Six Sigma and agile methods, including Scrum. His approach to steering rests on anticipating problems, engaging stakeholders and following execution through.
