Background
Nicolas Radermecker joined DT Services & Consulting in May 2025, after more than eight years at Noé Nature, where he held roles of growing responsibility before joining the management committee as CTO, then as COO.
He has run cross-functional projects in IT, operations and logistics: structuring teams, optimising internal processes, deploying company-wide tools, including the Odoo ERP. His practice of continuous improvement is grounded in Lean Six Sigma principles.
He now specialises in project management, combining strategic vision with direct operational experience.
