Background
David Budin joined DT Services & Consulting in 2022 with several years of experience as a Scrum Master and project manager.
He combines two cultures that rarely meet in the same person: structured project management, certified PRINCE2, and operational agility, certified PSM II. Added to that is a command of Lean Six Sigma at Black Belt level.
He is also a trainer at The Lean Six Sigma Company and speaks regularly at conferences, notably at the EOQ 2024 congress in Lyon and at Journée Agile 2024, on how Lean thinking and Scrum fit together.
